Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please call us immediately on 0113 240 1806. However we can’t guarantee your order will be cancelled as it might already be packed and shipped.

Do prices include VAT?

Unfortunately not, UK VAT rate is 20%. Non UK customers with VAT numbers are not subject to VAT.

Who can I talk to if I have a question about a product? Or anything?

Can I amend my order after placing it?

Please call us immediately on 0113 240 1806 to amend your order, however we can’t guarantee your order will be amended as it might already be packed and shipped.

Can I shop in Euros?

Unfortunately, we can’t show our website prices in euros. If you want to see Euros prices, please call us on 0113 240 1806 or email [email protected] You can still use our website to place your order as we can send you a Euro invoice and our Euro bank details.

Can I order even if i don’t have an existing Stabler account?

Of course, we welcome all new customers, we may just sent you a quick email or phone call to see what your needs are and what we can offer you.

Delivery / Returns

How much is delivery?

Most orders shipped in the UK are £10. Please be aware home addresses maybe subject to an extra charge by our carrier. UK orders over £300.00 NET are free delivery. We don’t charge a set fee for shipping outside the UK, we will calculate shipping by weight and dimensions of each order. To find the most competitive quote.

How long does delivery take?

Normal deliveries in the UK are send by DX Standard UK shipping. Most orders arrive next day but may take 2-3 days. Please be aware home addresses maybe subject to an extra charge by DX. We do AM or Saturday deliveries, but it costs extra. Shipping for goods outside of the UK vary. Please call us on 0113 240 1806 for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

Most orders are sent next day . If you have ordered an article that isnt in stock , we will sent the rest of your goods and send the balance when it comes in.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our Leeds HQ.

Do you charge carriage on balances?

No! All balances are send free.

Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?

Yes, we will ship almost anywhere. Orders to the EU will be subject to extra freight costs and delivery delays. We don’t charge a set fee for shipping outside the UK, we will calculate shipping by weight and dimensions of each order, to find the most competitive quote.

What information do you need to ship to the EU?

We will need your delivery address, EOURE number and VAT number.

My goods are faulty, what should I do?

We are really sorry your goods are faulty! Please call us on 0113 240 1806 or email [email protected] and will be refund or replace your order free of cost.

Can I return my order?

There is a 30 day return policy for all our products. This means you have the right to revoke your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of the invoice date. Goods MUST also be in their original packaging. In effects of cancelling your order, we will reimburse you within 30 days. We will NOT reimburse your delivery costs on goods back to us, this must be made at your own cost.

Can I return goods that are opened?

If the goods are in their original packaging and its within 30 days of the order they can be returned but at your own cost.

How can I return my order?

If its within 30 days of the invoice and goods are in the original packaging, Please call us on 0113 240 1806 or email sales on [email protected] and we will process your return.

Payment

Can I pay in euros?

Yes, we have a euro bank account and PayPal account. Unfortunately we can’t show our prices in Euros on the website but you can still place your order and we will send you a euro invoice.

Do you take payment over the website?

We do not take any payment over our website. It is used purely to place orders. As our piece sizes vary so we are unable to take payment straight away. Once your order is picked, we will then send you a pro forma invoice to pay or add to your credit account. Please do not pay until this point.

When do I pay for my order?

You pay for your order when you have received your Pro Forma/Invoice.

How do I pay?

Once your order is picked, we will send you a pro forma invoice to pay. Please do not make payment before this as piece sizes may vary.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card, Cash(On collection of orders only), Bank transfer, BACS/CHAPS, Credit account, Cheque and PayPal.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes! We will send you a PayPal invoice

Can I pay by Card?

Of course once your order is picked we can call you for your card details.

About our Products

Do you sell by the metre?

No, we are a wholesaler and only sale by the roll.

Are piece sizes exact?

The piece sizes on our website are a good estimate but piece sizes may vary by a few metres. If you are looking for exact meterage please contact us beforehand.

Can I get samples?

Of course, if you want an exact colour we ask you to order a shadecard as colours may vary depending on computer settings. To order samples please email [email protected] and we will get them out to you. We do not charge for samples but we might charge a small postage charge depending on the product and how many samples you order.

Are product colours/sizes exact?

We try to get them as exact as possible but they may vary depending on your computer settings. For an exact colour match we ask you to order a shadecard as colours may vary depending on computer settings.

Will your prices change now the UK has left the EU?

Since the UK has left the EU some of our products have been subject to higher cost prices and fight costs. We will absorb as much cost as possible but, unfortunately its likely some prices will go up. Any price changes will be stated at least a week before coming into effect.

Do I automatically get a website account if I already have an account with you?

Unfortunately not, you will need to register for a website account but please put in your account number in your registration form so it’s easier to find you!

Yes, our Leeds HQ is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on a Friday. Or you can see one of our agents. Our agents cover the whole of the UK and Ireland. Find your nearest agent here.
