How to Order

STEP 1 - Create your online trade account

To create an online trade account, please fill in our trade enquiry form. Both new and current customers will need to apply. We will have to approve your account, this should take no longer than one working day. You will then receive a welcome email with your username and temporary password. Use this password to login for the first time then you will be prompted to change it. Please check your registered details- including phone number and address are all correct.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a wholesaler that sell by the roll, not by the meter and our prices exclude VAT.

STEP 2 - Add products into your basket

After you have logged in, you will have full access to our products. You can look through our categories or use our search bar at the top left-hand side to search for any products you are looking for. After you have selected your product state the roll quantity and colour/design if necessary and click ADD TO ORDER.

If you are looking for an exact colour please order a shadecard as colour may vary depending on computer settings. Please call or email us for shadecard or samples, there may be small cutting and postage charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Piece size are approximate and may vary. If you need an exact piece size, please contact us.

STEP 3 - Placing your order

Click on your basket, located at the top right-hand side, please double check your basket is correct. We do not take payment over our website as piece sizes may vary, therefore changing the price of your order. Then proceed to the checkout, here you can confirm your delivery address or add a new one, pick your shipping method and select your payment method e.g., add to credit account or request pro forma. Then place you order.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not make payment until you receive an invoice.

STEP 4 - Payment and Receiving you order

After your order is placed it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked and packed. Once your order is picked, we will contact you for payment or add it to your credit account. We will then get your order ready for collection or to be picked up by our carrier.

All orders are free to pick up from our warehouse in Leeds LS9, Mon-Fri between 8:30am to 4:30pm. Please come to reception and someone will help you.

Most orders are shipped by DX Overnight service. Majority of orders are delivered next day but may take longer. Please note home addresses may be subject to an extra charge by DX. All UK orders over £300 NET are shipped free, otherwise you will pay a carriage charge which is usually £10.

Any goods sent outside the UK will not get a price for shipping when placing the order as we don’t charge a set fee. We will calculate shipping cost by the weight and dimensions of each order to find the most competitive quote before contacting you with the final amount.
